FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

Do you accept custom order requests?

Yes! We do accept custom orders. Please email us at info@sterlingcarto.com regarding a custom order.

Do you offer licensing options?

Yes! We offer licensing options for web, books, e-books, and more. Please email us at info@sterlingcarto.com where we can better understand your needs for licensing.

Is your downloadable artwork considered high resolution?

Yes! Our digital downloads are downloadable in high resolution JPEG format with 300dpi for excellent printing quality. If you need higher resolution images for exceptionally large prints, please email us at info@sterlingcarto.com, we would be happy to assist with these requests.

How large can I print digital artwork once downloaded?

This depends on the general distance the artwork will be viewed from. Our downloadable artwork has a resolution of 300dpi and can be printed at many different sizes.

For example, if the viewing distance will be 2 feet, a print of approximately 72”x48” (6 feet x 4 feet) can be printed without any noticeable pixilation. If the viewing distance will be 8 feet or more, prints up to 180”x120” (15 feet x 10 feet!) can be printed with no noticeable loss in resolution.

Can I copy, sell, or redistribute digital files after purchase?

While we understand that digital files are easily sharable and reproducible, purchasing of one of our products grants you the ability to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to an image or vector format for your own storage, retention and reference. You shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or not, to any third party. See our full Terms of Service for more details.

Do you collaborate with other artists?

We are always interested in collaborating with artists, boutiques, influencers, and more. Please reach out to us at via our Contact page or info@sterlingcarto.com if you are interested or have a collaboration idea in mind!
